Survey Engineer
North Sea
Based internationally in various locations, this position requires an experienced Survey Engineer capable of using QINSy on various projects. This position offers regular rotations as well as a competitive salary.
KEY DUTIES To install, review and maintain all survey and sensor equipment installed onto the ROV, the vessel or the offshore platform. To plan and implement labour and related tasks that will assist in the commissioning and installation of all required equipment. To keep track of scheduled maintenance and elaborate a new plan if necessary, ensuring each check is logged and the procedures updated according to project requirements. To liaise with the Project Manager and Client Representative and offer all updates and regular information as and when requested, maintaining a good standard of work that has the company's policies in mind.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS An industry related bachelor's or Masters Degree is desired (Electronics, Mechatronics, etc). Previous Survey Engineer experience is essential for this role. Previous experience using QINSy software is essential. Must be eligible to work the North Sea. Valid Offshore Survival Course and Offshore Health/Medical Certificate. Good level of written and verbal communication in English.
Senior Toolpusher
North Sea

KEY DUTIES Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the drilling rig, and ensuring full compliance with all mandatory company, client, state, and federal rules and regulations. Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements; assist in supervising well killing operations in an emergency situation. Attend pre-spud meetings and take note of all well-related hazards and ensure that they are managed appropriately. Initiate changes to the pre-agreed program when and as required, to protect personnel, environment, equipment and the well. KEY DUTIES Maintain accurate records and prepare formal procedures, delegating operational tasks to teams and ROV ship crew members. Attend client meetings, elaborate plans and execute them within budget and policy constraints, and oversee the safe and efficient operation of ROV systems to conduct the required tasks, including ROV operations, ROV maintenance and repair, ROV certification and regulatory compliance. Ensure the PMS manual and technical logs are kept up to date. Control and monitor safety procedures for all aspects of the scope of work, ensuring all staff is trained and compliant with established procedures while offering any necessary advice or training.
